Mortgage Sub-Servicing Management and Supervision

Companies may elect to retain loan servicing for portfolio.  While you may possess the capacity to fully service loans, we recognize that there may exist opportunities to leverage services of a third party to enhance service or economic factors. This module allows the lender to "step-up" to loan servicing through the most recommended method: using a sub-servicer to build portfolio and experience. FNMA, GNMA and other agencies require the management of the Sub-Servicing Function, and this product gives a rubric and the ability to completely oversee daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual functions.

Lenders recognize that our borrowers represent our greatest asset, so we make the decision to share our customers relationships with outside companies only after exercising the greatest of care.  We have created and implemented this sub-servicing policy and procedure plan manual for the purpose of memorializing the steps that lenders must take to manage the performance of a Sub-Servicer.  

In doing this correctly we can meet the requirements of our investors, secondary marketing partners, regulators and agencies.  

Sub-Servicer Retained Responsibilities

Despite the fact that servicing duties are delegated to a Sub-Servicer, the lender still retains certain responsibilities.  This plan gives you the ability to monitor and manage the performance of the servicing function.
